ゾーホーコーポレーションは、今年で創立15周年を迎えます。当社は、お客様にとって価値の高い優れたソフトウェアを提供するという強い信念のもとに設立され、現在、世界で5万を超えるお客様を擁するまでに成長いたしました。これも皆様方のご支援の賜物と感謝しております。これまでずっと成長を継続することができましたが、社員一同初心を顧みて、お客様に価値ある優れた製品をお届けするという使命をいつも再確認しています。
この使命の下、このたびゾーホージャパンの新社長を任命したことをお知らせします。ゾーホージャパンで10年にわたる勤続経験を有し、当社がサービスを提供する市場やビジネスに深い見識を誇る迫洋一郎新社長が、お客様第一という当社のポリシーを必ずや実践してくれるものと信じています。また、お客様の満足度向上を常に意識し、ゾーホージャパンをさらなる高みへと導いてくれることを期待しています。
当社は今後とも、お客様の課題を解決すべく、さらに優れたソフトウェアを提供することに注力していく所存です。優れたソフトウェアは、お客様のビジネスニーズにぴったり適合するものです。当社では、1千人を超える優れた製品技術者を擁しており、これら技術者はソフトウェア開発以上に価値のあるものを理解しています、すなわち、それは優れた機能を有することはもちろん、使い勝手がよく価格が妥当な製品を作ることです。お客様にとって当社との取引がうまくいくことを願うと同時に、当社の製品をまだ利用されたことがない場合、最近の調査により95％の回答者が当社製品を再度購入したいと答えている事実に安心感を抱いていただきたいと思います。

Even as we have grown over the years, each and every day, we recommit to our original premise that we must deliver great software with superior value to our customers.
It is in this spirit that I announce the appointment of Mr. Yoichiro Sako as our new president of Zoho Japan. Sako-san, a 10 year veteran of Zoho Japan, embodies Zoho’s customer first philosophy. He also has deep knowledge of our business and the market we serve. Rest assured, that while Sako-san is chartered to take Zoho Japan to new heights, he will always have a watchful eye over customer satisfaction.
We continue to invest heavily to provide you with software solutions that solve business problems. Great software should be elegant and conforming to your business needs. We have over 1000 software and support engineers that know it is more than just building software – it is about building highly functional, usable and affordable products. We hope your experience with Zoho has been a positive one. If you have not tried our software, please take comfort in knowing that in a recent survey, 95% of those surveyed said that they would purchase software from us again.
